2004 tsx misfire/blown head gasket?

Ok bought this 2004 tsx with 185k. Found out cooling fan wasn't operational after my 16 yr old said it got hot. Changed the fan radiator and fan switch and all good until this last weekend. Car was missing bad. Bought a scanner and found out a misfire on cyl 2. Changed the spark plugs and still no change. Did some research and determined it was the coil pack on #2. Changed it out and all good till today. Car has low rpm's at idle (like it wants to die). Freeway speed good. Got home from work and took for a drive.Check engine light on and checked code and now I have a misfire on cyl 3. What would cause the coil packs to go bad in just a few days in a row? Could a blown head gasket cause it to start misfiring and make the coil packs to go bad?

did you buy OEM coil packs? non-OEM coil packs do not like to play nice.
have you troubleshooted the coil packs by swapping the good to the bad and vice versa?

Is oil leaking into your spark plug holes and causing the misfire?

A compression test will tell you if the head gasket is blown.

Or a plume of smoke following the car.
Or coolant colour (tan/gray).
Or oil colour (tan/gray).

Denso replacement coilpacks can be bought on Rockauto or Amazon.

No smoke. I’ll pull the plugs tonight and check if oil is present.

OEM coils

Where do I get OEM coils? Do I have to get them from the dealer?

Premium fuel?

Inside the gas door it says to use premium fuel 91 octane. How important is it to use premium? Could using regular 87 octane cause some misfire?
