1,054 miles my first week!

Well it has been pretty active first week of ownership. Tonight at 7pm I will have owned my TSeX for 1 full week and WOW..has so much happened. When I got to work this morning I had 1,054 miles on the odometer . (it doesn't sit in the garage) At this rate I will hit my manu. warranty in less than a year. That in itself will be an accomplishment.

1st week events

2nd day- Vandalist scratch/key in the Denny's parking lot...all I wanted was a moons over mihami!!

5th day- Bombed by the seagulls in the work parking lot....and it had to be seagulls...plural! definately more than 1!!!

6th day- Got hit with some type of projectile on the highway and chipped the windshield. Now I get to deal with a windshield replacement and the chance of having the windnoise issue that owners dealt with in the past.
---also ordered my coilovers and camber kit....With all the bad luck I have had with damage to my new baby in the first week...I am scared to buy those 19's because I know they will get curbed or bent for sure .

On another note... out of the 2 tanks of gas I have used I averaged 29.9 miles per gallon! A drastic improvement compared to my V8 F-150

Other than the "bad luck" I have had....I love this bad boy !

You may wanna do the "garlic clove mod" to prevent having you TSX stolen by Vampires next week

Good idea! I didn't even think about the vampires.

oh yeah! I forgot....at the starbucks drive thru yesterday I spilled my mocha pulling it through the window....it got all over the blk leather seats, on the door, down the outside of the door and when I rolled my window up I had a grande mocha smudge on the inside and the outside of the window...

Oh ish! I also got pulled over the first day I owned it.

All in a week! yeah baby! I still luv it!

Dang man...I don't know how you've stayed sane through all of that, you're a G man!

Don't let any of that stuff prevent you from buying the mods you want though, things will get better, sounds like they can't get much worse.

Good luck man!

Insurance says my comp deductable is $500---windsheild replacement(since its on the drivers side) will cost $483. Changing Ins. companies today. Goin to one that repairs windshields for me. They don't know its cracked yet. They will in a few weeks..... hehehehe
