I have the 06 TSX with bluetooth and a moto razr. My question is is there any way to make it like my bluetooth headset when i call someone from the phone it auto comes out of the car speaker, or do i always have to say transfer?

Dial the number through the car. Otherwise, you'll always have to transfer the call. Just the way the system functions.

^^ Agreed. I have the Razr also. If you're going to be making some calls that you use frequently, I would add them into the HFL addressbook (not the one in the Navi). Easier to push the call button and say, "Call...." It's easier to dial this way than using the phone while driving, don't you think?

Actually, I find that to simplify the process, if you simply dial the number first (no need to say "call" or "dial" before it), and then say "call" and it saves you one step in the whole process.
