Hmm...not really sure. You could go look at one at the dealer, take the knob off and see if it'd match up to yours. If so, order some or find some for sale somewhere.

Here is the part number for the 2006 TSX radio buttons (same for Navi or non-Navi system):

39103-SEC-902 and are about $15 for the pair.

Only hesitation I would have is if you needed to change the chanel in the summer time. Those knobs would be a little hot. Just like the shifter, that thing conducts some major heat!

Is it real metal on the knobs? Or just simulated? If they're still plastic I don't think there would be an issue with heat.

Same as the metal trim... so plastic with the silver finish is what it looks like to me.

If they don't get cold in the winter, they won't get hot in the summer. They're plastic. They also have a rubber jacket around the knob, with the top face exposed.

The shifter, though, definitely gets fricken cold in the winter.

The part number is actually 39103-SEC-902ZB

quoted $31.49 for the knobs shipped. and they are on backorder.....kinda an expensive test, if they don't fit.

yes, ZB is the color code adder to the part number eventhough there is only one color. Somebody is ripping you a new a$$ for $31.49 because www.acruaautomotiveparts.org has them for $15 and according to their part picture, it includes both (#6):
