Hey for those of you with an 06 who've been using you bluetooth capabilities I've got some questions. Can you voice dial using the names you already have programmed on your phone? and Can you program the display to show a name when someone calls or is it always numbers? thanks.

You can only voice dial the number programmed into the car's phonebook.

It will only display numbers, never names.

nah, crank is speed, crack is different. that really sucks about the display. oh well, i'll just have to cope somehow. maybe it'll be better when the car i bought actually arrives.

 

That sucks. How come it doesn't work like a Bluetooth headset which actually dials numbers saved in your phone?

I just picked up my '06 TSX tonight, but haven't had a chance to play with Bluetooth yet. If I'm going to have to program my top 50 most dialed contacts into the car's address book...that's going to SUCK!!

 

Dunno...you'll have to ask the folks at Acura why the system is set up the way it is. However, the good thing is that programming those numbers doesn't take too much effort since the menus and commands are really well thought out and easy to use.
