05 TSX navigation removal
hi guys,
So this has been the hardest "how to" or DIY I have ever tried finding on the internet. I know I have to send my navigation system into alpine due to the very common problem of the screen loop. It has been doing this for far too long now and I want to be able to control my ac and radio and navigation again. It would help a lot if anyone has a video or even a written guide to taking it out of the car. I don't want to aimlessly start taking out screws and bolts but if it comes to it i might have to. thanks for any help.

It's in the trunk.
Four screws secure DVD to bracket. Remove screws (two from each side), then pull DVD unit from bracket.
It looks like entire bracket w/ DVD can be dismounted from body for better access.
I got this from Acura shop manual. If you want one, check ebay for hard and soft copy manuals.
