https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/fs-2004-tsx-cg-mt-only-5k-miles-320228/

Please let me know if you, or someone you know is interested.

I appreciate your comments, however the local sellers in my area are trying to get $27k for cars without the bodykit and wheels with 15k-30k miles on them.
I even looked at CarMax, and that is how much they are selling for.
KBB is what I am asking also, and they don't even let you put in the bodykit option.
I know that this is the "correct" price, but I am aware that this doesn't mean anyone will bite at it.
I paid $30k because I thought that was the right price.
The wheels and bodykit, including installation from the dealer, were about $3500, which I thought was fair.
If no one wants to pay this much here, I will probably find someone who will locally, since the dealers here are charging outrageous amounts for these cars and for the appearance packages.
I saw TSX a while ago at the dealer with the OEM kit and the wheels and they wanted $35k for it.

Anyway, I am going with the market in South Florida, and I think I have an advantage since the car is mint, has the kit and wheels (i've only seen 1 with the kit, ever, and never have seen any for sale with it) and has only 5500 miles on it.

here is from a post I made a little while ago about the car:

Autotrader: I searched on Autotrader for 2004 TSXs within 300 miles with less than 30k miles on them and the average price was $26,105. I realize that this is probably high because dealers are CPOing them, but even the lowest price was $23,999 and those cars had 30k miles on them, wheras mine only has 5500.

KBB:KBB's Private Party retail for excellent condition is $25,200 (this does not include the OEM kit since that is not an option) and for good condition (though I don't see why it wouldn't be excellent) KBB says $23,825

CarMax:These are the listings on CarMax, they are all 2004's , I'm surprised that there are as many manuals. There's one that has 10k miles that they're trying to sell for $27k!

$22,599 --Automatic --56K
$23,998 --Manual --44K
$23,998 --Manual --39K
$23,998 --Manual --25K
$24,599 --Automatic --30K
$24,998 --Automatic --18K
$24,998 --Automatic --21K
$25,998 --Automatic --6K
$26,998 --Automatic --10K

ok NIKKI, seriously, just an honest honest personal opinion, i DO NOT think you selling 25K is too much at all, HOwever, if i were to have a choice of a Brand new one with NO body kit and NO star rims with 2000more, that would be a tough call... your car looks impressive, but new car smell stil has its magical attraction. For these 2 , I would be hung between a new car and yours if i were a new buyer. BUT! SOMEONE WILL buy that car from you at that price im pretty sure

HOWEVER!!!

How about when u sell it, offer to put the sell price like 50% lower and put it down as a gift, so the seller wont have to pay so much tax? that would be a tie breaker!
put down selling price of 12500 rather than 25000? to save buyer some tax? especially useful when you are selling to someone you know!

yes i know they could get a new one, that is why it is tough.
i'm just trying to sell a little under what others are selling at and kbb.
i'll think about that gift, interesting. is that legal though?

Of course it's not legal. It's technically tax fraud. However, the chances of getting caught are very, very low.

It's a gorgeous car. O/T: I've got an SSM w/no body kit and I'm thinking of getting the Silver Stars ... any thoughts out there? Will they be too dark against the silver paint and look "funny"?
