First of all you drive either a 2.5 or a 3.2, not a 3.5 and I did a search of "19" wheels" and all your answers are there with 4 pages of threads.

First thanks for the correction on my dicplacement mistake.. I have to say I hope this forum is not like or k20.org were everyone is a critic, and nobody really wants to help. I searched, as you informed me to, and went through 3 pages of threads in wich none of them had anything to do with my gen tl, unless my car is compatible with the second gen tl.. Im looking for the most aggressive fitment that I can go with, without and rubbing or drivability issues. Once again any help would be appreciated....

^ we are trying to get some details on what you have so we know what were looking at, so that we can give you some info.

19' you have to roll your fender..may or may not ,+42 to +55 offset.

but its sounds like you have 2.5tl because there the only ones that use tsx springs ,only one member used it..i think

If you have a 3.2 then Disount Tire offers these fitments for 19s: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...pager.offset=0
19s will give a stiff and probably darty ride. Have fun choosing.

It is a 3.2, I just had seen on one of the post that someone used tsx springs. I searched and found that I can use the springs and struts off of a accord, and that they will bolt up with no issues. I was trying to find out if i would be able to run 19x8.5 with a 38mm offset for the front and back..

i think that offset is way to low for a 19" setup... you would def have to roll your fenders at that point... did you have a wheel in mind??? post up some pics...

I dont understand why people will go with 19 or 18 when those wheels are way to big for our cars and the bad thing its that you have to go with low profile tires and that will give you a horrible ride and more risk to bent the wheels, 17" wheels looks so much better, Im just saying, thanks

96acura3.2tl, I just p/u a great 98ac3.2tl and was thinking of going to 17s myself. How wide should I / can I go without fender work? I was thinking of lowering it some as well but again, I'm not sure how much is too much. I'm looking for improved handling and a slightly more aggressive stance. Any thoughts?

Well in my case I got the coilover conversion kit from ground control for $399 and a set of wheels from the 04 Tl I think the size is 17 x 8, the tires I have right now are 225/45/17 but I'm rubbing I little bet after lowering the car but you can with 215/45/18 with no rubbing at all, just with those things your car will look f..... Sick man.

I appreciate your response and suggestions. I'm definitely going to look into those ground control coilovers. How much did you lower front/rear? Do you have any before/after pix with your coilover setup you could post? Also, I'm looking for clear side marker lights but they hard to find, plz let me know if you come across a set. Have you done anything with your headlights,
HID or LED?
