im working on that right now..

Im wanting to do 19x10 with like a 30 offset or even more if i can.. Shits not bolt on though no fuckin way..

Honestly shopping for this is tougher than anything ive done to the car.. Niggas aint doin it without a highschool diploma either.

no idea on the 20s.. Id say the car would need to be turned into a minitrucker creation to make that shit work.. Entirely too big.. Even with a 19 im contemplating going to 18s so i can do some rediculous offset.. like 18x10 zero disk with 28mm offset. Who knows...

Diego, and TL baller where you niggas at.. I know a 19x8.5 38mm offset cx racing hart works with a 245 35 19 tire.. with about 1/2 inch between the spindle and rear lip of the wheel.. This is with the fender cut, the bumper cut, and some shit beat out with a giant hammer.

You heads need to assist me in my endevour..

haha

The only toyo tires ive ever liked are RA1.. The t1s are ALLRIGHT but for the price theres much better on the market..

px4 is an entry level showcar tire. Im not interested in that..

I was thinking more along the lines of continental, michelin pilot, or a bridgestone potenza re01..

If i ever did anything economical the only thing id do is the new falken fk452 and stretch it.. The sole reason being, its designed to be stretched. Im not really interested in popping the bead off of a turdo proxies tire and destroying a 1,000 dollar wheel. Not to mention it could fuck up the fender also seeing how it will set about a desicron from it to begin with.

colt- I run a 18x9 +36mm in the rear. I guess the only big thing to worry about for the rear is the rim/tire clearing the spindle. My rim is about a fingers width from the spindle already, so a 10" wide in the rear would add about 12.7mm to each side of the rim. So to have the same exact clearance I have from the spindle, you'll need a 23mm offset, but that will mean your outter lip will stick out almost a full inch past the fender. being I got about a fingers width, which is ruffly .5" you can maybe, just maye, get away with adding 6mm more to the offset from 23mm to 29mm. 1mm more shouldn't hurt, so I would assume a 30mm offset will work. So that would make you ruffly 18mm past the fender, which is why I say you will need a pull, and definitely need to run some camber, plus you will need to put some crazy strech, maybe a 225 on the 10" rim. So the 10" will fit, but it will need work to fit it, proably alot more work than its worth.
I didn't have time to fit my 9" rim to the front of my car yet to check clearance, but I would say do a 9.5" in the rear, 30-32mm offset just to make sure its not sticking out way past the fenders like daytons.

This is all just based off measurments from my rims so don't hold me to it, but this is proably what I would after saving up money for some work euroline dh wheels =)

oh, and unless I'm running a bodykit, or a lipkit, I would stick with 18's, but thats just me.

oh yeah, I'm thinking you got a 2.5tl like me, cause I know the 3.2tl is totally different. And if you like, you should check out the "official accord picture thread" over at the VIPstyle forum in the photo section, since we share the same suspension as the 94-97 honda accords. and some of them got some crazy fitting wheels.

if 20" is too big you really need to stay away from 18's too because they are equally as big, stay stock or get stock size chrome rims and watch ppl laugh at u

I know its possiable to get the over all rolling size the same, but that would mean the tires need to be rubber band thin.

obvisously you and I are going for a different style or look. Colt and I are going for whats called vip or exe styling. I think I'll be fine with my 18's and you'll be fine with your 20's. It's just a difference in taste I guess.

that ls is focking sick dude..

The rest of them are a bit too skateboarded for my likings. And the last stretch is entirely too much. Id hit a fuckin bump and blow the bead i bet you..

Im looking for something like the ls is using..

Im using a 0 disk center, and havent really been able to get a good answer on how much the 0 disk actually gives me to play around with compared to a normal disk..

I mean if i had a standard disk 19x9.5 38mm offset vs a low disk 19x9.5 38mm offset i wonder if i could run just a different offset than a 38mm since the wheel is actually moving inward more?

Mister wizard type shit for sure.

and yea i am building this into a VIP car.. At this point the only thing i am leary of is the fact that my centers for my front wheels are colormatched to my car. I may even concider having them machined at my friends wheel shop.. Bud diego, the dh eurolines are my all time favorite..

Dude has them on a q45 on vipstyle and every time i see the car i just stare at it.. Especially since you can run like a +12 offset on those cars.

I just cant wait to see what it looks like with my kit sitting on the ground and the lip of the wheel sitting flush with the fender with like a massive lip..

I am wondering how big the lip will acutally be on a 0 disk center with 9.5 inch width and like a 30mm offset.

i think the guys at auto fashion can tell you, last time the qouted me on 18x8 Work Varianza D3S with a 40 offset Odisk and told me the exact mm's the lip would of been. They are frequently on the VSC forum, just PM one of them, I did.

there are lots of drifters (240sx) that "claim" to have VIP cars since they have deep dish wheels. True vip platform cars are the big body sedans like lexus, infiniti, and maybe k-cars. I hate drifters on that site

the legend on the bottom is a nice start. Wheels are entirely too conservative. The exhaust is kinda cool.. Most vip cars have bizarre exhausts.. I used to not like them but they are growing on me..

Yea im wanting to build a lexus ls next or a cima. Those are def my choice.. Eventhough we arent a true labled VIP car as far as luxury goes, id say the car is big enough and can be made into one just as easy.. Just wait and you will see when a few of us are done..

No hondas are true platform VIP car but we can make it VIP styled. To make it VIP style, its not cheap at all, suspension alone will cost way over a grand. Then comes the wheels which is around 1500-2500? the LS/Q45 boys spend that much and maybe another 5 grand on a kit LOL

VIP style is a hobby that can only be cured by poverty.
