Hi, Thanks for any help on this, I am going crazy I think. I just finished rebuilding the top end of my 1998 Acura TL 2.5L from the heads (valve job) and up, polished some pieces for fun, hooked almost everything up started it for two days then switched the plug wires around to the correct way on the distibutor cap and it started right up.... yay! BUT I have one open vac line male pipe sticking out of the intake manifold with no tube in sight to hook up to it. Nor is there any possible spot to hook a hose to it and to any piece of the vac system components. I have studied the service manual which has confused me even more when it says for the 95-96 models that pipe should go to the "Evaporative Emission Purge Control Solenoid Valve" which I do not see that has a free port on the bottom if I have that, Now the 97-98 which mine is a 98 the book shows nothing for that pipe that is sticking out so I am very confused as What this is and where it goes. I hope one of you can help me as this is the last thing I need and I am done with the rebuild.....
Thanks in advance,
Jeff

#9 Cap, Sealing (90634-PA0-00), on the link below, looks like it goes on that male vacuum port:
