Ok this might be one of those really dumb questions but i need to know, Where is the tranny check stick, and where do you put the transmission fluid in?

its right behind the engine on the right side in a 3.2TL, it looks just like the engine oil check stick but with slightly different color. Don't know its location in a 2.5TL.
