has any1 had a problem with a revving engine not as when tha car is cold and it jumps str8 to 2nd gear to warm itself up but when it goes from 1st to second back and forth as revving tha engine kinda.....it happened about 3-4 times very sparratically but now its doing it more than it was b4..i took it to meinekee and he didnt really kno whut i was talking about but he made some kinda guess that he said only acura would be able to fix for alot of money...i have no idea whut it is so if any1 has heard of a case or had it can u help..i dont want it to be anything major that i ignored.

 

mmmmm are u talkin bout like....mayb 100 to 300 rpm jump? cause thats just from your abs module and nothin to worry bout....on the other hand......

 

kinda sorta its like when i start up tha car (sometimes) it will juz go from 1st to 2nd back n forth continuously..kinda like im reving up for a race..the guy at meinekee said somethin about anitfreeze pressure or somethin he said at weather breaks sometimes i need to loosen some screw up and let out antifreeze fumes..HUH? sounds bogus to me..but i dunno

Do you mean the RPM's go from 1000-2000 or 1-2 on your tach?

 

my 2.5 did that in the winter when it hadn't warmed up very much. now that its the spring/summer, it hasn't done it since. i think its just doing it to warm up the engine.

it goes from 1-2 on my tach.. i thought it was to warm up tha engine but it juz started and I had her for about 2 yrs now... it doesnt do it constantly.. but every ince in a blue moon. naba imma be in philly in aug. (sesame place) dont laugh either..lol.. maybe we'll hook up.. but to stay on topic..i dunno whut it is really. mOs3s u forgot to attatch tha link..
