Power steering pump belt rubbing

My power steering pump belt started to fray. Order new belts and replaced them. Now the power steering pump belt is rubbing on next portion of the drive shaft pulley in which is a/c belt. I have tried to adjust it using the adjustment bolt to no avail. It will not align to the point where it doesn't rub. What am I doing wrong?

After exhausting trial and error. I realized there could be only one conclusion. The drive shaft pulley had to be offset somehow. Upon further exhausting examination i made to a startling discovery. The drive shaft pulley had sperated. If you notice the gap between the alternator and a/c pulley. Squeezed them together and the problem was solved for now.
