PO401 and PO153 codes...fun

Well, I've been putting it off forever. I have two codes now PO401 and PO153. Obviously this has to do with an O2 sensor. Downstream bank one. If anyone has any further information on this I would greatly appreciate it. I've looked on fleabay for the part.

First question: Can someone tell me the OEM part number for this(1998 3.2).

Second: Can someone give me a link for a diagram where the sensor actually is, so I can have fun replacing it.
I hope it's not in a tight spot.

Third: I am weary about buying a part that does not have the plug(one with three wires), I have heard they don't give 100% electric output...ect

I am also hoping this is not badly affecting my gas millage, this car seems to drink gas. I am just tired of seeing the "check engine light."
Thanks!

EGR cleaning, I had to take it to the shop. Quite difficult to get in there and clean.

Sounds fun, thanks. Lol I've got a friend with a shop so it shouldn't be too bad. now I just have to get time to drop it off/or do it. It's getting cold here.
