Please Help ,car wont start...

Well here we go..i am having problems again;I am completely clueless to whats going on in my car..I tried starting my car and it doesn't start (there is nothing starter aint turning over, just the light "BRAKE" turns on everytime i put the in third position) and the strrange part every time i had to disconnect the battery because the is a strange sound coming from my motor, it sounds like very similar to a rc car that is spinning RPMs...anyone has any idea wghat can this be??

Is your alternator hot or warm? It might be bad causing the battery to drain.
