My Horn is Dead!!!

Had a problem with my alarm (97/3.2) it was on for a long time and it blew out my horn. I tried to instal an aftermarket horn and failed. Has anyone here changed the horn; how did you do it?

Thanks

Did you check the fuse? Do you have power to your 12V lead?

I checked the fuses all is well; read the instructions for the horn and yup it was a fail. My horn itself does still work it is just a small toot. Much too quiet to warn anyone.

LOL. Thats cute. I'd get a ohmmeter out and check the voltage. You need 12v. You can rig another horn from another honda.

I have the Denso horns, man they are great. When on a secluded place, I play with my...HORNS! What the heck were you thinking?

Very simple DIY, search. BM auto stores sell the horns. Or go to Harbor Freight, they have them, not too expensive, $20 for the set.
