Heater Valve Leaking Coolant With Pics

On my 96 tl 2.5 I noticed this morning that there was some coolant running down the driver side bottom frame just next to transmission.
I shut the car off and it stopped after a while.
I then followed the coolant drip up to where the coolant heater valve is. I started the car up and sure enough it started dripping right from the center of the valve (where the bellows part is) When I turned the heat all the way to 90 degrees the valve does move but it drips less. When the climate control is turn down especially all the way to 60 it drips badly.

I dont think it is coming from either hose (on each side of it) but When I watched it was dripping from center of valve.

Also BTW, I havent had heat on this car since I bought it, so im wondering if this is possibly the problem.
I have installed new coolant and new thermostat about 2 weeks ago. This is the first time ive seen coolant loss like this.

Do I need a new heater valve? Because The valve does move when I switch the temps.
Here is a photo I took of where it is leaking from.

You should confirm (use a mirror) that leak is from valve body and order a replacement.

Replacement should be straight-forward w/ one exception. The nipple coming from the heater core may be soft, thin brass and easy to dame when removing the valve. You may want to cut/split the rubber hose to release the valve and replace the hose jumper. Damage to the heater core nipple would be a disaster requiring heater core replacement or more likely blinding the heater hoses and doing w/o heat.

good luck

Ok I used a mirror and its definetly coming from valve. Both of the hoses are completely dry.
So your suggesting when i remove this one, to cut the hose and split it for the one going into firewall instead of trying to pull off?
I found the new heater valve online for about 35 bucks shipped.
The dealer wants about 100 bucks, i cant afford that at the moment. The aftermarket brand is Four Seasons from Rockauto.
Thanks
