Same issue first codes i got were P0135 and P0141, cahnged upstream sensor, tested it on car at operating temp. with ohm meter got accurate volts reading yada yada...still getting P0141? Reset ECU with batt and fuse technique as well as erased it with OBDII tool. Give it about 5-7 seconds it comes back on. TIA, Sorry not trying to hijack this thread just trying to get it moving...

I doubt it's even defective your car is either running too rich or too lean a number of things can fix this. Also sounds dumb but had a friend try this and it worked for him, try unbolting the o2 sensor and then rebolting it back then just reset the CEL, worth a try.

For sure, i changed the o2 out so that'd kind of be the same thing you mentioned. Still having issues. The car had a small exhaust leak that i got fixed by an muffler shop. You think the could have taken out/added something thats making it run too rich/lean?

Not probable shouldn't be the cause but keep looking anything air or fuel related that either lacks or too much. How is the egr system have you done a cleaning? Has nothing to do with the code just effects the readings for the o2 sensors.
