I have a 97 3.2TL and my check engine light came on a couple of days ago . I tightened my gas cap and that didn't turn it off. I took it to Autozone and got a code of P1457. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be? I need to get my emissions test done within the next week, so I need this fixed. Thanks!!!

 

P1457 is an evaporative emission control system fault "leak detected in EVAP control canister system". There is a series of components to be checked for leaks or malfunction. You will need some help to determine the fault and repair.
