Chasing codes

Hello all, I recently installed remanufactured injectors and welded my center pipe on the exhaust manifold. The converter in the manifold was junk and what was left of it removed. I installed two obd2 compliant magnaflow high flow converters as the other factory converter was crusty as well. Got it all back together and it threw p0171 and p0139 at me. I then changed the air filter and cleaned the MAF and throttle body. Also changed the PVC valve and fuel filter. Took it for a ride and got the same codes. Also replaced the Bosch upstream o2 sensor for a new denso and tested the downstream o2 sensor and it tested just fine. I am going to put the old injectors back in as soon as the engine cools but beyond that I'm at a loss and any help would be great thank you.

I have also tested for any vacuum leaks and found none.
