BUZZING sound from the passenger side

BUZZING sound from the passenger side
I am experiencing this buzzing sound from the under the dashboard on passenger side. This sound comes as soon as I turn on the car and keeps going.
Any one know whats going on. Do I have to change any relays for ABS?
