I have a 97 Acura Tl. Ok here's my problem I have all 5 blower stages. But high is not high. If I hook the blower straight to the battery it blows fine but through the system it feels like low. I am kinda stumped. Any help will be appreciated thanks in advance.

 

Your climate control might be bad if actual blower is not the problem.

I did find out the blower seems like is not getting full voltage . lf I hook the blower straight to the battery it works fine

 

Yes, worth a try to find out. You can also search this forum for the procedure on how to get to the diagnostic mode by pressing a combination of buttons on the controller as well. Good Luck.
