Spark Plugs

does anyone know what the last letter means in the NGK series? I believe the 3.2's require the "PFR5L-11" I got some "PFR5G-11" 's from a friend and I was just wondering if it would make a difference if I ran the latter in my car. Any ideas?

The G has a taller ground electrode and a more projected center electrode. Also, the G looks like it's a slightly narrower but thicker ground... Honestly wouldn't know the difference but I would try those plugs out to see if there are any issues in the car running. If the plugs are different enough to warrant a different part code, then chances are they won't run the same.

~Cheers~

You know, that's my same thinking. I don't want to screw my car up. I think I just needed to hear it from someone else. thank for the post!
