Headlight Mod

Could someone tell me exactly what i need to do and how to do, the headlight mod to paint them black inside ?

We did it on desired_speeds' car, and we posted pics. Just do a search and you can see how they turned out.

Ok i did a search but nothing came up, i just want to open up my headlights and paint the inside black, does anyone have a link to a DIY or info to this mod

baked for 6 mins at 230 degrees. I kept the oven on with the headlights inside though. I let it preheat then baked them for exactly the 6 minutes.
