exhaust for 3.2?
Well, I haven't been on the forum in a while just thought I'd say hi to everyone. Thought of you guys today, I had my tl professionally detailed. While following it home in my other vehicle I noticed she needs an exhaust BAD. Those who have had experience with this please chime in. I am looking for a full exhaust. Price really isn't an issue but I am looking for a nice low rumble. Go90go Please chime in...! What is compatible from other cars if any? Thx everyone!

Custom is the only way. Specific stuff is only available in Japan, and they're axle-backs which cost over $1000.
Either 2.25" or 2.5" piping will be ok. For reference I went 2.25" with the 3.2, but wanted 2.5" with the 3.5. Standard press-bends are fine, really, and I'd say 2.25" piping from the cat back into a MagnaFlow 14315 tucked up higher at an angle (following the rear bumper line), with a MagnaFlow 35158 oval tip. Both are polished stainless steel, have a subtle/near factory feeling, and look/sound great.
~Cheers~
P.S. They're well-priced, too, and can be bought from JEGS or Summit. JEGS has the wrong picture for the tip, though.

your foot will decrease mpg more than anything. look into getting one of those monitor things you plug into your obd2 plug
. adding just exhaust wont really change much hp or mpg wise. a typical obd2 car will actually adjust other parameters to make up the difference. you may notice a gain on top of the rpms but you should notice an equal decrease in tq on the bottom of the rpms, and thats if you notice anything at all other than a really nice exhaust note, and really as long as you have that ultra restrictive catalytic converter in there nothing is changing much.
