Well, I took the car in today to the Honda dealership and they were going to put on the Brembo front rotors, full Axxis all around, and resurface the rear rotors...

well, the rear rotors are warped, so they are going to replace those with OEM. Also, the damn leftside lower ball joints were shot to hell...so they have to replace those....basically what was going to cost me about $250 ended up turning into $600!!

But I still got a V6 Accord Coupe for my loaner...tearing butt around town...really nice car--I think maybe better than the TK i got...an upgrade maybe?

Anyone have a newer V6 Accord Coupe--any good info. about these cars??

what is a TK?

as for the ball joints, i got those replaced free. there was a recall on those. they replaced those for me when i was close to 60k miles.

v6 accord coupes are nice. did you get the stick?

 

yes is true there's a recall for the front ball joints
they replace mines too

 

Sorry--"TL" (the "K" and the "L" are right next to each other on the keyboard). Actually the ball joint was the leftside, rear. I also got the front one's replaced with the recall.

All in all--an $720 day....ouch!

Yeah, they gave me a stick shift and man, it is one hell of a ride. I felt like a racecar driver the entire day. I feel that way most of the time in the TL too, but more so with the stick.
