I had to get them off to prep for paintwork last week. Pull the rubber weatherstrip off and you will see screws.

The front and rear door trims are harder to remove. The rears slide forward towards the front of the car after removing one nut and one screw from the ends and unclipping the rear curved part of the trim from the straight part. The front trims slide rearward towards the back of the car after removing two screws from the ends. The fronts will require lots effort because you have to lift it up while pulling on it. Be very careful because some clips may break while removing the trims.
