Type S Rims?

I have been shopping around for type s rims and I was wondering if it just bolts right on or do I have to modify anything?

Its a direct fit. There are a bunch of people that have them. Its 5x114.3 thats the bolt pattern for the 3.2. the width is only 6.5 for TL-S wheels. And +55 offset. There is more than enough room.
