JDM with the hole cut

the lights dude gave me are too deep, need to find something else ... got the wries run though, just need to get like 40 of those little plastic mushroom things I like to destroy & scream at and then I'll be ready to paint

You simply could have cut the fender with a dremel.

BTW How much you paid for it??

Yours is the 2.5 right? The washer reservoir on the JDM UA2s is in a different location, that's why the sidemarker on one side doesn't fit!

I'm interested to know what wires you ran it too/tapped.

It's a 3.2 and I replaced the passenger with a jdm one I gt for $30 from a chopshop front clip importer here in sac... I'd jumped some wires from the usdm corner bulbs in the past when I installed the jdm headlights so I tied into that same place today. One comes from one lead behin the headlight the other is from the outer bumper blinker.

Can I hammer into what looks like the inner fender metal to make clearance for the side marker, or just find something else? Jdm accord / tl markers on eBay are 45$ and I can tell if they're any shallower...

Did Venus give you the right sidemarker? Remember that the bump is towards the back of the car, did you have it backwards? IIRC, the Civics had the bump towards the front.

he said it was standard JDM i dunno. fatter bulge goes forward, but the panel inside is like 1" away maybe and level - same front to back?

On our cars, the bump is supposed to behind. I'll try to find a pic later and I'll post it here when I do.

That's not fitting? That's really weird. That's the right one, and the way it's in the pic, it'd go on the USDM driver side.

i dremeled off the grey housing down to the spades, bent a spade each direction and put it in, still like 1/4" too deep. wtf
