Strut bar for 3.2

Thanks to TL12, I made the template of the brackets and got them machined to match a bar from Nopi (part # 472+0637 )

It helps the car stable while changing lane and turning, a must have.

I'll draw the bracket out by AutoCad later, so you just need to bring it to the Fabrication Shop to have them done if you need one. They did mine for $150

The kit # is 82011 with 50, 65 or 75 shots. Someone custom made the CAI for me. But according to Colt45, he could use the CAI made for Integra type R with a small modification. I got the bar from Nopi for $60.

You're welcome dude, we're all glad to share

CAI would work better at your place than mine. It's normally over 90 degree here in summer.

OH, I had a short ram intake previously, that's why I have the piece from the throtle housing.

Hey, did you take the cover off of your engine cuz that is what the engine on my 91' legend used to look like.

No one seemed to want one when I posted the last time, so I didn't bother to draw the blue print. Get one more guy wants to have it, then I'll do it If you have big rim, yes the strut bar helps a lot. The 2nd generation TL has the strut bar in stock form.

Wow I knew the engines were the same, but never seen one in a TL with the Cover off! What is the stock HP for that TL? Is it 200 like the Legend TypeI engine or 230 like the Legend TypeII engine?

Here's a pic of a Legend Engine bay with the typeII engine, to be more precise, SpeedDemon's Acura Legend, engine bay. Hope he doesn't mind me linking his engine bay pic =)

interesting isn't it
future, if memory serves me correctly, the 1st gen TL's [3.2] are the Type I with 200hp, and an optional TCS system

OK guys, I'll draw it out and post it up.

I wonder if 3.2 engine is exactly like the Type I Legend. If it's so, does the Type I engine has many performance gadgets ?

Hey everyone looking for a strut bar, not sure if this is for the front and the back.. but value-caraudio.com is selling it for 140.00!!
I need opinions.. maybe this could solve all the 3.2, 2.5 TL owners.. problems...

Skunk 2 Rear Lower Strut Bar-98-01 Accord

TL/ CL share the same parts mostly.
Anyone install this mod on their 99-02 TL/CL yet?
Is it available from this site to purchase?
Appreciate any info.
