Just take off the engine cover and then you should see the wires that go into the plugs. Just pull 1 wire off, unscrew the old plug, screw the new one in, and replace the wire. Don't try to take all the wires off first, then change all the plugs. Otherwise, you might plug the wrong wire in the wrong plug.

Another tip is to put some anti-seize on the threads of your spark plugs and some di-electric grease on the boot of the wire. This will ensure you don't get any moisture in your plugs and you get a good connection.

also make sure u use a torque wrench to have the pressure perfectly assigned..very easy to install, but a bad install would be very harmful. our cars have 5 plugs on the 2.5 and i think there may be 6 on the 3.2. NGK are usually good but I have much better return from platinums

The 3.2 engines are distributorless so there're no plug wires to replace. First, unscrew the top engine cover. There are 4 screws. Then you will see there are 6 black little boxes. That's the coils. Unplug then unscrew. Pull them out. then unscrew the plug, put some anti-sieze around the thread and screw the plugs back in. I think they are torqued at around 13 ft lbs.

NOTE: Do this one at a time. DO NOT take all the coils off at the same time. Well, that's about it. Have fun!!!
