hmmm just recently i started hearing a screeching noise everytime i start my car or sometimes when i stop.. it seems to be coming from directly under the the driver's seat from under the car... does anyone know what that can be? ..

 

screeching noise right after starting the car usually is a sign of bad fan belts. one easy way to test is sprinkle water on the best and see if the noise goes away or changes. if it does, you've got the diagnosis.

 

so if the noise goes away .. then i need to change the faning belt? how much is it to fix and does the warranty cover this?
