is it just me but why would one want a DVD player in the car? Especially down low were the stereo is? What about radio broadcasts?? I dunno if its a wise investment.

I will agree that it's not the best investment. But it's ****ing cool and I want it, lol. Well I already have it now. I have DVD at home and love it. Thought it would be cool to play them in the TL. I will post pics when it's all in.

Its just a cool mod. Something to play around with. Some people don't like TVs in their car, some do. I've been flamed a few times for having TVs in my car before. Everyone has their own opinion. BTW, if he gets that unit, he can still have a radio mounted underneath it. I do and I love it.

hey not to step on your toes Mike89Acord96TL but you can get that same unit off the internet for $1099...simply go here
http://www.wholesaleconnection.com/ or go to
http://www.pricescan.com/ you can find all kinds of stuff there for low prices.....but there is a question that i was curious about...are you talking about $1500 for the avx-p7300dvd and the brain or just the dvd player and screen.....and if it comes with a brain which model.....

Probably just the head unit for now as far as screens go. I may get another head unit to put below it like you said. I ordered it through my work at a cost price. But that price is damn good man that you showed me.
