2 problems any input would be appreciated!

1.)I turned my A/C in this morning and everything was fine. All of a sudden, there was a wierd noise coming from the vents. It sounds like there is something stuck in the fan or something. Has anyone out there in Acura-TL land that has experienced the same problem?
2.)My windshield washer lever is all of a sudden screwed up. The wiper control switch is fine but when I pull the lever to wash the windshield, the darn thing doesn't work. Any comments and similar experiences would help.
