well the 8 month mark is up. I got rearended today by some white trash in a caviler. She gets out then and tells me "heres 150 dollars can we not call the police".. Hell no ***** this isnt a sunbird its gonna cost like 2k to fix call the police NOW. She tries to plea bargin more by acting like she doesnt know the # for the cops. I said "911 you mongaloid call them now its an emergency, you've just slammed into my 25k dollar car with your toilet" .

She calls the cops, they come and start raggin on my tint and no licenseplate in front.

I argue and she is sited. and i am off on my way.

Well she hit me at like 15 mph and trashed my bumper and bent my trunk and bumpersupport all in so the taillights dont line up theres a small peice of black plastic broken off the taillight.

Whats everyone think? Should i try and get money out of her or could i for a sore neck or me biting my damn tounge? How much is it to fix a bumper, paint it and straighten the rearend, and get a new stock rt taillight and repaint the trunk?

think i can pull a skipper kit out of it? Let me know what you think

Funny how stuff happens. i drove 2300 dollar body 11 sec civic around for 5 years and never got hit. I drop a wad on a almost new 98 tl with low miles and next thing i know ive gotten hit 2x in the last 8 months. Learn to drive or call the coroner, theres not going to be a person at fault walking away the next time, im gonna beat them with a horseshoe till they bleed out their ear.

 

Sorry to hear that. People are idiots. As far as how much its gonna cost, I think your guess for 2K is pretty accurate. I wouldn't be able to know for sure unless I saw some pics though. A new tail alone is $300. You might as well get Inspires now. How bad is the trunk pushed in? Make sure you go to a good shop. Good luck!

You know if your injured its onething but if your sueing to get easy mony thats bull$hit!! People work hard for their money and obviously this lady does not have much, so why take it from her?? Like I said if you are actually really hurt its a whole other story plus remember accidents DO HAPPEN!

 

I am on 325 mg of hydrocodone for torn muscles in my neck. My car was hit, and her insurance co is trying to snake me. unless she was an uninsured motorist and what not she would never have to pay out of her pocket. Thats what insurance is for.

I have a sore neck, i have a headace i went to a doctor i was diagnosed injured. they will pay. end of story

 

I was not disagreeing with you but there are people who try to weasal easy money out of "neck injurys" in a car accident. Like I said if you were truly hurt them yes she should pay.

 

wow that sucks man i was rearended too but when i went to call the cops the guy in the minivan left so hit and run ,thank god my girl got the plate number ,went to the nearest police station and the van was stolen from some town there , my girl and my self got hurt thank god we had our seatbelt on now we just finish therapy but my back and neck is still killing me .. oh well accident do happen ,there is just some ass#$%es that just dont know how to drive man. good luck with your car i hope it comes out ok..

AND SAW HER IN THERE WITH A GUY IN THE PASSENGER SIDE. THEY WAS DOING DRUGS WHILE DRIVING. HE GOT SO MAD.. HE PUNCHED THE GIRL THAT WAS DRIVING AND BROKE HER JAW... THEN THE GUY ON PASSENGER SIDE GOT OUR A RAN AWAY.. THE REALLY REALLY MESSD UP THING MY FRIEND DID IS PUNCHING HER. HE ENDD UP LOSING AND GOING TO JAIL. IF HE WOULD BEN COOL ABOUT IT.
