I located a trunk lid with the factory spoiler same color as my car for $300 shipped..

now, is it really worth it? check my galllery btw to see what i mean, im wondering, can I sell my stock trunk lid somewhere? You think this salvage yard would maybe take some money off this one i might buy from tthem if i give them my stock one?

$300 is a lot, I have probably $450-650 to spend this month on mods (xmas bonus).

If I dont do this or if I can get some money knocked off, im gonna do like 22% tint all around (50% on windshield) and do some audio stuff.

btw, I have a lot of other cheap mods planned that will only take up probably $50-80 (clear corners, new bulbs everywhere, black headlights, new grill, painted or cleared taillights).

 

thats actually going to cost you wayy more than that...JDM (black headlights) cost about $450,never mind all the other stuff

He plans on painting them himself. If you are fine with the way the trunk looks now you can use your bonus on other mods. But if you cant stand your trunk, i think its a fair price. Especially if its the same color and has the factory spoiler. Id go for it if i were you.

 

Make sure the trunk lid is in good shape. If so, I would go for it. You're car will look much cleaner. You can still do all those cheap mods.

 

a trunk WITH a spoiler for 300 is a GREAT deal. especially if it already matches the color of your car. i wouldnt pass it up

 

For that price, I have to say grab it up man. I am not trying to be rude, it's only my humble opinion, but that trunk luggage rack has GOTS ta go!!

 

I agree with all of you, unfortunatly they wont take my stock lid, you think i have a good chance selling it on ebay? Its in excellent condition, onyl downside is the luggage rack, im sure it'd be good for someone who got into a collision of somesort... I think im gonna buy this trunk lid w/ the spoiler, it is a great deal, wish me luck!

btw, yes im painting my own headlights, no way im gonna spend that much money....


EDIT: decided not to sell the trunk lid, found out with customs and all that sh!t, it will cost me aroudn $350-400 shipped... so im better off filling and painting the holes and buying a factory spoiler painted, its half the cost...
