Hey so my gear selector on my 1996 TL 2.5 was loose for a little while. I removed the cup holders to check under the selector area (directly under the shift knob) and found a spring with 1 end connected. When I fully pulled the string out the shifter is incredibly loose. Does anyone know where this spring goes and how to get the room to reconnect it?
