wasshup guys? anyone race their car yet? LEGALLY!! well i did i ran a 15.9 with 10mph winds coming at me. pretty much i think i couldve had a 15.7. I illegally run my car as well i so far beat a 2000 v6 camery, 91 MR2 non turbo, silvia s14 97, civic si 2000, 86 camero, lossed to a GSR 97 2 car lengths. lossed to a 2001 c l type s ooo that hurt. these are all legit, quarter mile strip

 

wow so nice to see another member from the bay area. where did you go race? sears point? i have yet to do a legit race. actually tried to race my friend's z28 but obviously i got my a$$ handed to me. the roads up here just aren't really made for racing. well hope to see you at one of the meets

 

yeah i ran it at sears point...but the winds i believe were stronger at least 25- 30 mpn winds...i dont think anyone would believe me unless they went there. basically the quarter mile strip faces the ocean so winds are expected to reduce time. i still believe i could've ran a 15'7 at least.

 

do you have any mods on your car? are you going to the norcal meet this month?

 

when and where is it? i might be interested. actually just running a filter. basically stock nuthin else. also i weight pretty light 120pds

 

cool cool, i think the meet is either the 20th or 27th not sure where yet though. check the meets forum. i hate being the only 1st gen there

 

i know theres not a lot of first gens outthere. Im thinking of getting a new car. i dunno i dont like the fact that i can't do anything with my car. i got a filter in my car thass bout it. doesnt do anything but better sound. lemmie see a pic of yer car? and your engine if possible.
