There are plenty of this piece out there. Use these links to locate them. For the second link, if you don't find the exact item in the drop down list, just search for cluster and than call up the salvage yard.
Good luck.

Ya thats broke did that to mine. The way you to it out is by getting a flathead and prying out the bottom. There is like 2 metel clips. Then it pops out. Its really easy once you get the concept.

$120 for a cluster lol. I can get one for like $20

And that dash bezel piece i replaced mine on sunday. The dash piece cost me bout $13 dollars at the pick and pull and it was free labor. I love that place. I love having my vents back.

Dude thats fucking dirt cheap for $20. Actually all places around me don't have this 1st gen TL. So I ordered one online($100 for speedometer+$20 S/H+CA tax). Can you get me one of that panel. PM me if you can find one that cheap.
Theres a guy selling some stuff for 1st gen TL, he also have a speedometer($50) and panel($45).. I am trying to contact him from last 1 month or so but he never picks up, sometimes his sister answers phone and tells me to call later. Don't know whats wrong with him.
