I want to replace my shiftknob and swap my shift gate but I dont know how to take them off. Can someone please help me with this, I also what to change the e-brake handle, can someone help me with this too. Thanks

 

shift knob all u do is twisted it like a screw driver..i dunno bout shift gate never tryed it

 

it sounds harder than it is. you got to take the center console off. its two screws under the coin tray, 2 screws in the center console (the second one), and two on the side of the entire console. push your seats all the way back and youll see. just pull up with alittle force and reach under. remove the seat warmer wire clips and the cig lighter wire clip. take the console out fully. then with a little flat head pry off the shift bezel. get some stripper and work the paint off. BLOAH! chromed!

 

never new chrome was under neath thought u had to paintit ..i did it a few mins ago..i didnt bother takin off the console..just put tape around it and where the stripper cant get too..toke less then 5 mins..looks awsome..

 

i guess thats one way to do it! gotta be SUPER careful tho! id just take it off. takes less than 3 minutes too. plus the paint goes all on the sides of the bezel. w/e works tho! good job!

 

you can just pop out the shiftgate with your fingers or a flat-head right from the top without taking anything apart.... that's all I did when I chromed mine
