my 97 acura TL only blowing out cold air in this freezing weather no matter how high I crank up the temputure. Anyone have any idea on what's wrong and how much it would cost me to fix this?

 

might be heater core

 

I just recently had a similar problem, and it ended up being an air bubble in the radiator, which was solved by flushing out all the radiator fluid and replacing it until no air was coming out drain plug. Heater works great now.
