Getting Valve tap

Can this be fixed with adjustment? It's not loud but you can def. hear it.

Adjust valves if the valve tap persists w/ a fully warmed engine. If only w/ a cold engine, live w/ it.

After further inspect. We believe its rod knock or something loose in the bottom end. Time to invest in a newer car.

Suggest involving a good shop before investing in a new engine.
