exactly how does the GAB help out

exactly how does the GAB help out. What does it do for your car... and by the way, has anyone found out about the stock lip for our cars?

on urns you know how you feel yourself being pulled inward well the strutbar helps that pull from ocuring.(dosnet stop it but it helps alot)
