Convert fogLamp to high beam?

hi,
I've been using hid on my car for about 6 months now and wow wha a difference it made. Before I bought the kit I thought there would be unwanted glares since the first TL generations werent made for hids. But luckily, it worked out well.

Did anyone ever converted their fog lamp into a high beam lamp without removing the headlight? Also, I was looking at the lightbeam adjusters. Theres 3 of them.
In the manual it only mention 2. the horizontal and vertical.
Whats the third one for? Its the one that requires a longer screw driver.
thanks in advance.

The fog lights aren't good for high beams at all since they were designed as fog lights. You can install a pair of aftermarket fog lights as your high beam. I did that with my Explorer when I had it and it was awesome!

The adjustment gear that requires a longer screwdriver is the vertical adjustment for the headlights. The one in the middle is the vertical adjustment for the fog light while the one that has a "0" on it is the horizontal adjustment for the headlight.
