My CD Player which is the factory one. Always shows me a message when I insert one of those burnt CDs you know a (CD-R). The message is "CD-PEO"


any else here has that problem. It does it when the weather is cold too.

 

i think every person that has ever owned a TL has had that message at least once

 

Burn at 1x or 2x and if possible, use a 650 meg disk. It will have a lot better chance of being read successfully.

 

or just get an aftermarket cd player and not have to deal with it at all?

 

you'll save headache and any money in cleaning after cleaning which will eventually do nothing.

 

hmm.. i have issues w/ burnt CDs too but thats w/ certain brand of CDs, ex. sony CDRs burnt at 1x my car cant read them but if i used TDKs at 48x works fine maybe you should look into that

 

yea first my dad had it wit his n then i had it on mine....he wanted to keep it stock so he stuck a 6 disk alpine in the trunk. ummm i just put in a new alpine HU but im not sure theres anythn you can do to "fix" it man
