My brother build his own for his 3.2 and I'm in the process of making one for my 2.5. Ill have him post the website. It was really easy to do! The pipe is made of metal and everthing. Anywho I will have him post more info.

INTAKES

WillG133,

This place used to have the custom intakes for a G1 TL. I don't see them anymore, but I saw a couple of '94-'95 Legends with the same set up as the TL. The intake from the Legend should fit.
The key for finding mods for the G1 TL is finding other cars AEM stuff that will fit (CL, Legend,...). I've never seen a guage kit for a TL, but I've seen them for the CL. Same guages.

BTW, I've bought from them before. They're good.

Good luck,
Tony

? i install my cai in my 3.2 but mine type r intake came with a bypass valve, i dont have a clue where to put it, i heard that the intake with out one could suck up water and that is very bad for the motor. any ideas were to put this? i think i got a spot but not really sure if is going to work, by the throttle were the rubber and metal tube from the intake meet. but dont really know if that measurement are right.. help.........

finding a air intake (the pipe) is probably the hardest thing to do but once you find one that fits, the air filter is easy to find. k & n makes a universal air filter for cars that k&n doesnt make. all you have to do is measure the diameter of the air intake and just purchase the right universal k&n air filter.

as for people who own 2.5 TL's, i know a guy who sells air intake for vigors. as you all know, 2.5 is the same engine as vigor's engine so........ if your interested, let me know and ill contact the guy for you
