3.2/3.5 engine parts swap

I am seriously thinking of swaping 3.5 heads on my 3.2. This will only happen in the fall or early winter but I'm in nthe planning stages right now.
DOes anyone have experience .tips or heads up on this?
How about connecting rods? is displacement gained with the longer stroke?
Should I consider swaping them too?

From what Ive calculated this will cost about 2500-3000 Cdn.

The 3.2 heads are actually better tuned than the 3.5 heads. 3.5's heads are optimized for low end torque and top out pretty fast.

People have been putting 3.2 heads onto 3.5 blocks to get a really nice engine.

Get C32A Type II heads onto there. Direct bolt on replacement. 230 hp and an extra 500 rpm bump.

It came in the 1993-1995 Legend GS sedan and coupe.

Does the Type II head really flow better? I had read that the difference between the two were re-tuned intake, different TB, and different headers (see below). Now looking at PNs, the only header that's different is the left-hand side one (looking from inside the car). I didn't compare TBs, yet, and I've now decided against the header swap since it's too much work for just one side, and if I were to pull the motor, I would be doing the R/TL (C35A1 block with C32A6, or A5 depending on your reply, head).

BTW, if it does flow better, I'll look into getting that done instead of the R/TL... Would be substantially cheaper, hehe.
