Do you have a 2.5 or 3.2?

Im pretty sure sure you can't go over 7.5 wide on the 2.5 and I dunno about the 3.2

I'd go with 17 X 7. Anything more than that is extra weight and you will feel the difference. Specialy if it's chrome.

I have a 3.2.

I have 17 x 7.5 with 245/45 on it and the rear tires rub just a little bit going over bumps on the fenders.

Dude, that's a HUGE tire for that car! I have 225/40/18 w/ a 40 offset and I'm PARANOID it's gonna start to rub once the car is lowered in a few weeks, what is your ofset? Speedo must be a little off with that size as well, no?

Oh, and the original question, you need a very large offset for our cars. I know the 3.2 is SUPPOSED to be a 42 offset minimum. Not 100% sure about 2.5 but I'm sure it's very close.
