Yes they do. Its quite popular in Japan to have those and I've seen them on Legends there.

If you are talking about the vents over the windows, the only place I have seen them for the 05 RL is on the Mugen site. Go to http://www.mugen-power.com/street/LEGEND0410/index.html And select parts, then Ventilation. Since you can't order them directly from Mugen from Japan, you need to go through a US distributor and it will take a while to get them. Possibly 8 weeks or longer. In any case if you still want them you can call RandDMotorsports and they can order these for you direct from Japan. Call Dave at RandDMotorsports at 843-760-4804. R&D is teh company that is getting my Work Wheels and Mugen M1 Bodykit for my 05 RL. David is a great guy and will be very willing to work with you.

 

I didn't see you were posting for a 02 RL, and my post will direct you to these units for a 05 RL. I'm sure Mugen still has them in stock for the older car though so R&D should still be able to get them for you if Mugen still has them.
