VSA and ABS Light

So I have a 2000 RL (~40,000 miles) that was my grandmothers which sat for about 7 years until now. It has come to the point where we would like to sell it, but there are a few issues that I have been working through.
  • The rear right window regulator was broken - fixed
  • 9-3 drive buckle sensor failure - I replaced the buckle and now the light on the dash (to show if you are buckled or not) still works, but the code keeps coming back up
  • 15-3 Faulty OPDS sensor - fixed. I replaced the module located in the front passenger seat back.
  • 93-1 Main throttle sensor failure - see below
  • 98-1 ECU unmatch failure - see below
I can't get 93-1 and 98-1 to go away. I have replaced and calibrated both throttle position sensors. When I probe the center red wire coming from the plug, I see the correct DC voltage for the corresponding throttle position. I have also replaced the ABS modulator. No matter how many times I try to clear it, the codes don't go away. I looked at the wheel speed sensors on my diagnostic reader and get a reading of 144 mph for the front left wheel no matter what speed I drive. I removed the wheel and cleaned the sensor, the tone ring, and checked the gap. I then read out the sensor output in AC millivolts and got the correct output.

I really don't know what to do from here. I get the same codes above when I try to use the service check connector or the diagnostic reader. What else could the main throttle sensor failure be if the tps is giving the correct output? Are there common grounds or wires people have had issues with in the past?

I really appreciate any advice. I've thrown too much time and money into this car already, hopefully this will work out in the end.

I'm new to the forum, so let me know if I should change or rephrase anything. Anyone have thoughts or experience with this?
